2. Your Account & Responsibility
- Please keep your login credentials (username and password) safe and confidential.
- You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
3. Product Information & Pricing
- We strive to ensure all product details, descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date.
- Errors may occasionally occur, if discovered, we will correct them promptly.
- All prices are listed in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
- Product availability depends on stock and may change at any time, particularly for seasonal or limited-edition gift items.
4. Ordering & Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- Payments must be completed via BML Payment Gateway or other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been accepted.
- Please retain a copy of your transaction records and our policies and rules for your reference.
5. Delivery & Pickup
- No Deliveries are made on Fridays or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
- Standard Delivery Hours: 4:00PM – 9:00 PM
- Free Delivery: Available for orders above MVR 250.
- Delivery Fee: MVR 25 for orders below this amount.
- Custom Preferred Delivery: For MVR 80, customers may select a specific delivery time slot or request surprise coordination for special occasions.
- Greater Malé Area: Same-day delivery is available.
- Islands / Boat Deliveries: Items will be delivered to the harbor or jetty for pickup by the nominated contact. Delivery timing depends on boat or shipping schedules.
- Delivery Confirmation: Our team will call to reconfirm before dispatch. Once the delivery is signed for (by the recipient or nominee), TopSeven.mv is not responsible for loss or damage.
- Pickup Option: Customers may collect orders from our store or warehouse by presenting valid ID and proof of purchase.
- Delivery Issues: Contact us at +960 762 8228 (Sun–Thu, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM).
- If we cannot deliver your order, a full refund will be issued within 1–3 working days.
6. Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
- Cancellations: Must be made immediately with your order number. Once your order is processed, wrapped, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
- Returns: Notify us within 12 hours of delivery. Returned items must be received within 24 hours, unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Incorrect or Defective Items: If due to our error, you may request a refund, replacement, or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Exchanges: Permitted for items of equal or higher value (price difference applies). No partial refunds for lower-value exchanges.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened personal care items, used products, or personalized/customized gifts (e.g., engraved items, printed cards, custom wrapping) cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for any delay, failure, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, public holidays, transport interruptions, pandemics, or system failures.
In such cases, services may be temporarily paused until conditions improve.
8. Cybersecurity
We use industry-standard security systems and encryption to protect your data.
However, no online platform is completely risk-free. By using TopSeven.mv, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any damages resulting from cyber incidents beyond our control.
9. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
10. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Maldivian courts.
12. Disclaimer
- While we aim for accuracy, product descriptions, images, and availability may occasionally vary.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove any part of the Site or Services without prior notice.
- TopSeven.mv shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or products purchased through it.
- All orders are subject to stock availability, confirmation, and acceptance.
