Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges Policy

At TopSeven.mv, every order is special, whether you’re sending a surprise gift or treating yourself. We work hard to ensure every package is delivered with care, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

Order Cancellations

• To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order number.
• Once your order has been processed, wrapped, or dispatched, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Returns

• Notification: You must notify our Customer Service team within 8 hours of delivery if you wish to return an item.
• Deadline: Returned items must reach our store/warehouse within 24 hours of delivery.
• Required Documents: Order confirmation copy + valid ID.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including gift wrap where applicable).

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item due to our error, you may request a refund, replacement, or exchange within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted for items of equal or higher value (any difference will be invoiced).
• Exchanges for lower-value items are not permitted, and no partial refunds will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

• Personal care products (skincare, cosmetics, haircare)
• Customized or personalized gift packaging (e.g., printed messages, engraved items)
• Gift-wrapping add-ons (gift bags, wrapping papers, ribbons, boxes)
• Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
• Custom orders or made-to-order items
• Items that have been used or opened
• Items that are missing parts or accessories
