To confirm your pre-order, a 50% advance payment of the total purchase price is required at the time of order placement. This payment secures your item in our procurement schedule.
The remaining 50% balance is due when your item is ready for delivery. We will notify you once your order is prepared for delivery or pickup.
The estimated delivery date for your order will always be published with each product. Please note that this date is an estimate and may be subject to minor changes due to logistics factors. Any updates will be communicated promptly.
Pre-orders can be modified or canceled within 8 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund due to pre-payment commitments to suppliers.
If we are unable to fulfill your order within the promised timeframe, you will be entitled to a full refund of your advance payment, or you may choose to extend the delivery date for your order.
Once your order arrives at our store or is ready for delivery, we will contact you to arrange for delivery or pickup. Final payment must be completed before delivery.
