1. Non-Refundable Charges

We are unable to refund gift wrap or personalised card charges if your product is unwanted, returned, or if you have changed your mind.

2. Personalised Message Guidelines

• You may enter up to 60 characters for your personalized message.
• Your message will be printed on a standard size card. We will select the most appropriate card design to complement your gift hamper.
• Please double-check your order on screen carefully to ensure that all details are correct before submitting your order.

3. Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that your personalised message is:

• Correct, accurate, and correctly spelt
• Does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Does not contain anything obscene, indecent, vulgar, offensive, blasphemous, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate
• Does not cause distress or discomfort to the recipient

4. Prohibited Content

We cannot accept personalised messages with:

• Emojis, symbols, or words deemed inappropriate or offensive. These will be removed or rejected, and the card will not be personalised.
• Messages that are not suitable for a gift card, such as promotional or advertising content, or messages that are not appropriate for a gift card.

5. Operational Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Remove products from the gift wrap service at any time depending on demand or operational constraints.
• Modify card designs or layouts to suit printing and presentation standards.

6. Delivery of Personalised Items

While we take care to ensure your personalized message is accurate, TopSeven.mv is not responsible for errors due to incorrect input by the customer.
